Delivery & Returns

We deliver to addresses within the UK only. We don’t currently ship to international customers. Standard delivery is normally via Royal Mail Tracked 48, however heavier or bulkier orders may be sent by an alternative carrier. Orders normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days. You can optionally upgrade your delivery to first class which will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.


FREE DELIVERY available for all orders over £45.

Delivery for orders up to £45 is £3.95 (standard) or you can upgrade to first class post for £4.75.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on orders of any size within our local area: this option is automatically offered at the checkout to eligible postcodes.


Last recommended posting dates for:

  • Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 18 December 

  • First class (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 20 December

We will be taking orders after this date but there's a real possibility they won't arrive in time for Christmas.

For free local deliveries we will be taking orders up to 22 December with the last deliveries taking place on 23 December.

Note that we won't be processing any orders between 23 December and 1 January 2024. Normal service will resume on 2 January. 


All of our packaging materials (boxes, tape, tissue paper and fill) are recyclable, and are also made from recycled materials or are reused.




We want you to be happy with your order. If you have a problem with any items in your order, for example if your order is incomplete or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at quoting your order number so that we can arrange a refund or replacement.



Cancellation before dispatch: If you change your mind about your order and notify us before we have dispatched your items, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. Please email us at quoting your order number, as soon as possible.

Cancellation after dispatch: If we have already dispatched your order, you can return the item or items to us within 14 days of delivery. So long as the items are fit for re-sale (see below) we will refund the cost of the returned items, but not the original delivery cost.

Fit for re-sale: In order for items to be fit for re-sale they must be unused, unopened, and still within their original packaging. We cannot accept any items that have been opened even if they are unused. In addition, for safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss or soap, shampoo and conditioner bars.



You must contact us at before returning any items. You are responsible for paying the return postage. Ensure that you obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned items so long as they meet the conditions stated above.
