WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet in order to analyse the effectiveness of our website. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

We use Stripe as our payment gateway to process online card purchases. We do not collect, store or process credit card information ourselves. This is handled on our behalf by Wix.com and Stripe, both of which are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.

 

LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Under GDPR, the lawful basis for processing your personal data when you make a purchase or an enquiry relating to a purchase is that we have a contractual obligation with you. 

 

Our lawful basis for processing user stats from log files and tracking data collected from our website, including via cookies, is that this is necessary for our legitimate interests as a business (for example to help keep our website up to date and secure, to improve the visitor experience on our website, and to develop our business and marketing strategy).
