WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet in order to analyse the effectiveness of our website. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may use cookies to make it easier for you to use the website, for example by remembering what items you have placed in the shopping cart, or remembering your delivery address.

WHO WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

We will only disclose personal data to: government bodies and law enforcement agencies as required by law; to successors in title to our business; and to suppliers whom we engage to process data on our behalf. These suppliers include Wix.com and Stripe.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

We use Stripe as our payment gateway to process online card purchases. We do not collect, store or process credit card information ourselves. This is handled on our behalf by Wix.com and Stripe, both of which are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.

 

LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Under GDPR, the lawful basis for processing your personal data when you make a purchase or an enquiry relating to a purchase is that we have a contractual obligation with you. 

 

Our lawful basis for processing user stats from log files and tracking data collected from our website, including via cookies, is that this is necessary for our legitimate interests as a business (for example to help keep our website up to date and secure, to improve the visitor experience on our website, and to develop our business and marketing strategy).

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
