This Solid Dish Soap, enriched with baking soda, is a great eco-friendly alternative to standard washing-up liquid. Supplied as a chunky bar in a cardboard sleeve, there are no nasty chemicals and no plastic packaging. 
 
Based on the traditional Marseille soap formula with added baking soda (ie bicarbonate of soda) to really cut through the grease, the Solid Dish Soap has no added colour or fragrance. The Solid Dish Soap works particularly well when partnered with a washing up brush such as our plastic-free dish brushes and pot scrubbers.
 
How to use
For best results, wet your dish brush under the tap and rub it on the bar to create a lather, then use the soapy brush to clean your dishes. Top up the brush with fresh lather as you go along.
 
Care of the dish soap
To prolong the life of the soap, don't leave it sitting in a puddle of water! Instead, allow the bar to dry out between uses by standing it on a well drained surface such as one of our soap dishes or the handy tray section in our dish brush stand.
